2. Payment and Payment Methods
We accept payment via MobilePay, Visa, Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, ApplePay, and Anyday.
All card payments use 3D Secure and encryption of payment data to ensure secure payments at UNMARKET. We use SSL protocol on payment and website. SSL protocol encrypts all information to keep your data safe and unreadable by others.
We use the following payment providers:
Shopify Payments, Quickpay, Pensopay, and MobilePay Online.
All data is processed encrypted and protected by our SSL protocol.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currency: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)
Payment is charged when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
3. Delivery
Denmark: Delivery with GLS takes 1-2 business days (next-day delivery). Order before 1 pm and receive your package the next day. GLS packages are also delivered on Saturdays - only valid for delivery to pick-up points.
Europe: Delivery with GLS, UPS, or Domestic carrier takes 3-5 business days.
Worldwide: Delivery with GLS, UPS, or Domestic carrier takes 5-7 business days.
Delivery for pre-order items may vary from 3 - 10 business days before dispatch.
Shipping prices are calculated based on weight.
All orders are insured and include Track & Trace.

4. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Warranty
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at UNMARKET. The withdrawal period of 14 days starts on the day the order is received. If your order contains multiple items delivered individually, the withdrawal period starts from the date each order is received.
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to: info@unmarket.eu. In your message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for items where the original packaging has been broken, as the item can no longer be sold as new.
You must receive the item before you can exercise your right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any return costs.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to used products unless otherwise agreed. (The condition of the item is always described on the product page)
Condition of the Item When Returned
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.
The shoebox is considered part of the product and must be received in the same condition as it was delivered. A damaged shoebox can also be considered a decrease in value. (Any pre-damaged shoebox will be indicated on the product page under NOTE)
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is solely up to UNMARKET to assess the condition of the item.
What's Included?
An original box will always accompany all shoes. Not all shoes include extra shoelaces. If the model includes extra shoelaces, they will always be included.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to Danish law. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacture. Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to UNMARKET within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of 1-2 months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty is voided in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Shipping costs are agreed upon when using the warranty. If returning, contact the company at info@unmarket.eu
Returns are not accepted if sent COD.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. This includes considering pricing errors, unavailable items, rejected payments, size errors, or orders resembling fraud.
